The actual question is:

Is SA any further pervasive in ft Hood, than it is amongst civilians?

Can management be ‘reasonably’ anticipated to carry SA all the way down to 0%?

Did management intentionally or unintentionally discourage reporting of SA? Do they take studies significantly enough?

The militia is a go component to the American public. just a few assholes will always be among them. Predators have the capacity to worm their means into every aspect of society. If leadership is doing their top-quality to identify and deal with referred to assholes, good. if they’re now not……heads (careers) may still roll.
